1. Definitions and Interpretation

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "evip1," "We," "Us," or "Our" refers to the evip1 online gaming platform, its operators, affiliates, and authorized representatives.
• "Player," "You," or "Your" refers to any individual who registers an account, accesses, or uses the evip1 platform and services.
• "Platform" or "Website" refers to evip1.cam, including all associated mobile applications, software, and digital interfaces.
• "Account" refers to the personal gaming account registered by a Player on the evip1 platform.
• "Balance" refers to the total amount of funds (in Indonesian Rupiah) held in a Player's Account at any given time.
• "Bonus" refers to promotional credits, free bets, cashback, or other incentives offered by evip1 to Players, subject to specific terms and wagering requirements.
• "Wager" or "Bet" refers to any stake placed by a Player on sports betting markets, casino games, or other gaming products offered on the Platform.
• "Withdrawal" refers to the process by which a Player requests the transfer of funds from their Account Balance to their registered bank account or e-wallet.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an Account, accessing, or using any part of the evip1 platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your Account.

evip1 reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page, with the "Last Updated" date revised accordingly. It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

3. Eligibility and Account Registration

3.1 Age and Legal Requirements

To register and maintain an Account with evip1, you must meet the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This age requirement is strictly enforced in accordance with Indonesian legal standards for adult activities and gambling participation.
• You must be a legal resident of Indonesia or have valid authorization to access online gaming services from your jurisdiction.
• You must not be located in any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not be subject to any legal restriction that would prohibit you from participating in online gaming activities.

3.2 Account Registration Process

When registering an Account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number.
• Submit valid identification documents (Indonesian KTP or passport) during the Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process.
• Maintain only one Account per person. Multiple Accounts opened by the same individual will be closed, and any associated funds or winnings may be forfeited.
• Use your Account solely for personal entertainment purposes, not for commercial, professional, or fraudulent activities.
• Update your Account information promptly if any details change (e.g., change of address, phone number, or banking details).

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

evip1 is committed to preventing underage gambling, fraud, money laundering, and identity theft. As part of our regulatory compliance and security protocols, all Players must complete identity verification before making withdrawals. The KYC process requires:

• A clear, legible photograph or scan of your Indonesian ID card (KTP) or passport showing your full name, date of birth, photo, and ID number.
• A recent selfie photograph for facial recognition verification (to confirm you are the legitimate holder of the submitted ID).
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within the last three months) if requested.
• Verification of payment method ownership (bank statement or e-wallet screenshot showing your name and account number).

We reserve the right to request additional documentation at any time to verify your identity, age, payment methods, or compliance with these Terms. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension or closure and forfeiture of funds.

4. Account Management and Security

4.1 Account Credentials and Security

Upon registration, you will create a unique username and password to access your Account. You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and ensuring they are not shared with any third party.
• All activities, transactions, and bets placed through your Account, whether authorized by you or not.
• Notifying evip1 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access, security breach, or fraudulent activity on your Account.
• Logging out of your Account after each session, especially when accessing the Platform from shared or public devices.

evip1 is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your Account credentials. We recommend using strong, unique passwords (combining uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters) and enabling two-factor authentication if available.

4.2 Account Restrictions

You acknowledge and agree that:

• Your Account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or shared with any other person or entity.
• Only one Account per household, IP address, device, and payment method is permitted. Multiple Accounts will be closed without prior notice.
• You must not use virtual private networks (VPNs), proxy servers, or other tools to mask your true location or circumvent geographic restrictions.
• You must not allow any other person to access or use your Account, including family members or friends.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

evip1 accepts deposits via the following payment methods: Bank transfer (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata, BSI) and e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). All deposits must be made in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Key deposit terms:

• Minimum Deposit: Rp 50,000 per transaction.
• Maximum Deposit: Varies by payment method and VIP tier; typically up to Rp 50,000,000 per transaction for standard accounts.
• Processing Time: Most deposits are credited instantly upon confirmation by the payment processor.
• Payment Source Verification: All deposits must originate from a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name. Third-party deposits (from family members, friends, or business associates) are strictly prohibited and will be returned.
• Deposit Fees: evip1 does not charge fees for deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose transaction charges.

5.2 Withdrawals

Players may request withdrawals of their Account Balance (excluding any active bonus funds subject to wagering requirements) at any time. Withdrawal terms:

• Minimum Withdrawal: Rp 100,000 per transaction.
• Maximum Withdrawal: Varies by VIP tier; standard accounts may withdraw up to Rp 20,000,000 per day.
• Processing Time: Most withdrawal requests are processed within 5-15 minutes during business hours (08:00-22:00 WIB). Requests submitted outside business hours will be processed on the next business day. First-time withdrawals may take up to 24 hours to allow for KYC verification and security checks.
• Payment Method: Withdrawals must be sent to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name and previously verified during KYC.
• Withdrawal Fees: evip1 does not charge withdrawal fees for the first three transactions per month. Subsequent withdrawals may incur a nominal processing fee of Rp 5,000.
• Verification Requirements: You must complete KYC verification before your first withdrawal. We reserve the right to request additional documentation or conduct enhanced due diligence for large or suspicious withdrawal requests.

5.3 Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Compliance

evip1 operates a strict anti-money laundering policy. All deposits must be wagered at least once (1x rollover requirement) before withdrawal. Deposits that are withdrawn without any gaming activity may be subject to administrative fees or rejection. We reserve the right to investigate suspicious transaction patterns and report findings to relevant authorities.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

evip1 offers various bonuses and promotions to Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, which are displayed on the promotion page and must be read carefully before claiming. Key bonus terms:

• Eligibility: Bonuses are available only to Players who meet the stated criteria (e.g., first-time depositors, VIP tier members, opt-in required).
• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses carry a wagering (rollover) requirement, typically ranging from 20x to 30x the bonus amount. For example, a Rp 100,000 bonus with 30x wagering requires Rp 3,000,000 in total bets before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Game Contribution: Different game types contribute differently toward wagering requirements: Slots contribute 100%, live casino games contribute 10%, sports betting contribution varies by odds (bets at odds below 1.50 may not count).
• Maximum Bet Limit: While bonus funds are active, the maximum bet per spin or per game round is typically Rp 50,000. Exceeding this limit may void the bonus and associated winnings.
• Expiration: Bonuses and their associated wagering requirements expire after a specified period (usually 30 days from activation). Unused bonuses will be forfeited upon expiration.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus may be active per Account at any given time. You must complete the wagering requirements of your current bonus before claiming a new one.
• Abuse Prevention: evip1 reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel bets, or close Accounts if we detect bonus abuse, exploitation of terms, or fraudulent activity (e.g., using multiple Accounts to claim the same bonus repeatedly).

7. Betting and Gaming Rules

7.1 General Betting Rules

All bets placed on the evip1 platform are subject to these Terms and the specific rules of each game or betting market. Key principles:

• All bets are final once confirmed. You cannot cancel or modify a bet after placement, except in cases of obvious error by evip1 (e.g., incorrect odds displayed due to technical malfunction).
• evip1 reserves the right to refuse, void, or limit any bet at our sole discretion, particularly if we suspect fraudulent activity, arbitrage betting, or violation of these Terms.
• Bets placed on events that are canceled, postponed, or abandoned will be voided and stakes refunded, unless the event resumes within a specified timeframe (usually 24-48 hours).
• In the event of a dispute regarding bet settlement, the decision of evip1 management is final and binding, subject to review by our Compliance Department upon written request.

7.2 Sports Betting Rules

Sports betting markets on evip1 are settled based on official results from governing bodies (e.g., FIFA for football, ATP for tennis, FIA for motorsport). Specific rules:

• Live Betting: Odds and markets change in real-time during live events. Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the moment your bet is confirmed, not the odds at the time you initiated the bet request.
• Match Postponement: If a match is postponed or rescheduled, all bets stand if the match is played within 48 hours of the original start time. Otherwise, bets are voided.
• Settlement Sources: We use official league or tournament data providers (e.g., Betradar, Sportradar) for bet settlement. Statistics shown on the Platform during live matches are for informational purposes only and may not reflect the final settlement source.

7.3 Casino Game Rules

All casino games (slots, live dealer games, table games) are provided by licensed third-party software providers (Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Microgaming, PG Soft, Habanero). Game rules, RTPs, and paytables are displayed within each game. evip1 does not control game outcomes, which are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) or live dealers.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the evip1 platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and legal action:

• Underage Gambling: Allowing anyone under 21 years of age to access or use your Account.
• Fraud and Deception: Providing false personal information, using fake or stolen identity documents, or engaging in any form of identity fraud.
• Multiple Accounts: Opening or operating more than one Account, or colluding with other Players to gain unfair advantage.
• Payment Fraud: Using stolen credit cards, unauthorized bank accounts, or engaging in chargeback fraud.
• Bonus Abuse: Exploiting bonus terms, using multiple Accounts to claim the same bonus, or engaging in coordinated betting with other Players to meet wagering requirements.
• Collusion and Cheating: Colluding with other Players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes, odds, or betting markets.
• Automated Betting (Bots): Using software, scripts, bots, or automated tools to place bets or play games.
• Arbitrage Betting: Systematically exploiting odds discrepancies between evip1 and other bookmakers to guarantee profits.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.

9. Limitations of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, evip1 and its operators, affiliates, partners, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use or inability to use the Platform.
• Losses resulting from technical malfunctions, server downtime, data loss, software errors, or third-party service provider failures.
• Losses arising from unauthorized access to your Account due to your failure to protect your login credentials.
• Losses resulting from errors in bet placement, game play, or transaction processing caused by your actions or device malfunction.
• Changes to game rules, odds, betting limits, or Platform features without prior notice.

evip1 provides the Platform and all gaming services on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation of the Platform.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

10.1 Suspension by evip1

evip1 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account immediately and without prior notice if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• We suspect fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity on your Account.
• You fail to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• You provide false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Your Account remains inactive (no login or transaction) for more than 12 consecutive months.

Upon suspension or termination, we will conduct a full account review. Any remaining legitimate balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to you after deducting any outstanding fees or liabilities. However, if we determine that you engaged in prohibited activities, all funds may be forfeited.

10.2 Voluntary Account Closure

You may close your Account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon closure, you must withdraw all remaining funds. Closed Accounts cannot be reopened except under exceptional circumstances and with management approval.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming regulations and the laws applicable to online gaming operations. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, your use of the Platform, or any bet or transaction shall be resolved through the following process:

2. Management Review: If you are not satisfied with the initial response, you may escalate the matter to our Compliance Department for senior management review.

You agree that any legal action or proceeding related to these Terms must be brought exclusively in the jurisdiction where evip1 is licensed and regulated, and you consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.
